The Great Reformating

I have reformatted the pdfs a little bit. 

The lore primer and all narrative factions stuffs from their books have been merged. And the narrative things book and main book have been merged. 

I've also replaced references of the narrative things book to instead reference the main book instead in the case of The War for Jublief.

This should in theory help with clutter, and make the faction pdfs more "rules" "focused."
